The Solar Ground Mount system utilizes both durable rails and locally-sourced steel pipes to form an affordable structure that can manage any type of terrain challenge.
Setting up the system is straightforward, as it only involves a small number of essential parts and doesn't require any drilling, welding, or large machinery. This system is compatible with different foundation choices, such as concrete piers and driven piles, and has the capacity to hold up to 5 modules on each column.

Schedule 40 Pipe (Item Sold Seperately)You can use nearby 5 or 7.5 cm schedule 40 pipes to save on shipping costs, while also being able to cover distances as long as 45 cm between upright supports. |
Modules are attached to the rails to form a vertical column between the upper North pipe and the lower South pipe. The special spanning feature of rails allows for the connection of up to 5 modules in a horizontal arrangement within each column.
You can choose between clear or black finishes for all the parts used in the rail assembly. Additionally, the clamps come in various sizes to fit the frames of different standard modules.
Fasten cast aluminum Top Caps onto upright posts using set screws, and use companion U-bolt hardware to also hold cross pipes in place. These Top Caps come in sizes for 5 cm and 7.5 cm schedule-40 pipes. Connect Y Rails to the cross pipes with 1 cm nuts and bolts using Rail Connectors.
The main supporting part of the Ground Mount System is made from schedule--40 steel pipes.
Using steel pipes from nearby sources reduces both material and shipping expenses. It also speeds up construction and offers more adaptability.
Furthermore, the Ground Mount System is compatible with various foundation types, such as concrete piers, pile-driven piers, and many others.
